Most customers don't look just for available candidates but for ones that also match the required skill set. Just looking for some available "backend developer" wont work.

I don't think there is a point where you don't try to get as much as marketing as possible and Jeff Bezos is a very ambitious person who likes to be seen as "crazy but very successful innovator". As far as I can see, Ama

People are probably sick of Black Friday by now and still need to buy holiday presents. Excellent marketing timing. Kudos to Bezos.

The terms "master" and "slave" come from human slavery. You can't deny the roots of this terminolgy.

There are many things that can be automated and we developers believe this is some kind of value, however a MVP is about customer validation: If you have not validated your product, it's harmful to automate it. If you have customers an

A good presentation does improve sales but imho the value is more important. E.g. if it solves a problem and looks like crap, it's a good enough MVP. A business is not sustainable because of its design, UX or fancy code but because of

The opposite can be true, too. Imagine you build something like a paid 4chan in AngularJS (e.g. not really new business idea combined with rather new technology). You might get false positives because some people just subscribe because of t

MVP is about risk reduction. If your MVP fails because you didn't hit the right spot, it's a success: You saved a lot of time and money and can look for better opportunities.

I disagree. Developers, like me, tend to build the entire thing before the customer validation. This is so wrong if you go the lean approach. Excellent blog posts about this issue: "Why only fools write code first" http:/&#x

I disagree. Your website should run on your own infrastructure and a separate status page, under a different (sub)-domain should be operated from another AS (autonomous system) e.g. statuspage.io or whatever you like/prefer.

If you offer infrastructure services and don't eat your own dogfood you can't be serious. If you offer infrastructure services and don't tell people where and how you provide it, you can't be serious, too.
