Cool project and if it works for you and you're happy, that's all what counts. When I read the article, I was thinking that Go templates were used wrong. I was thinking there must be a way to define the template so you inject the

I would rather argue to add temp variables and name parts of the expression, so you can actually understand and communicate what this does.

Instagram engineers found some remarkable simple solutions to some hard problems. It's not easy to come up with these solutions. Designing the IDs for example is no small feat, but since this is now common knowledge it's probably

If I read the first mistake correctly, then getFeatureFlag() has the side-effect to count how often it was called and uses this to calculate the outcome of the experiment? Wow. I don't know what to say....

This is a joke, right? I'm not familiar with the concept of unlimited PTO, only with the concept of PTO by law, by tariff system (unionised jobs) and by individual employment contracts. German law says you have to have at least 24 da

This is the right answer here. The solution works until it doesn’t. Browser URLs are limited in real life. So when the state grows it will break sooner or later. Of course it depends on the usecase.

What you describe sounds a lot like acme.sh. It integrates with a few DNS providers and is run as a simple cronjob I tried certbot a few times, but never liked it. Usually I use acme.sh on VMs and cert-manager on Kubernetes.
