It’s designed so that you can pair two together, or one with a controller; I think they talked about this motivation back when they announced it. https://blog.playstation.com/2023/01/04/introducing-project-...

They note that the controller has 4 “industry standard 3.5mm expansion ports” so sounds like they do have some sort of standard support.

As someone who runs an enterprise WordPress host, Facebook aren’t that surprising - loads of large organisations use WordPress either within their marketing department, or as their “second CMS” (AEM is very often the primary). We’re still s

Very annoyingly, a lot of the Graviton processors are only available on larger sizes (minimum of a .medium, but often much larger), and they’re still not filtering down to the smaller sizes. Hopefully AWS will finally start making them avai

I got the chickenpox vaccine as a kid, but still managed to pick it up a couple of years ago - efficacy wanes as you age apparently, and it had been over a decade since I’d been vaccinated. So, there’s still the possibility :D

The WordPress ecosystem spans the gamut from my-first-site through to massive enterprises, so you’d have to expect that many sites you see are in the long-tail. At the higher end, it’s no different to any professional software ecosystem. Th

No doubt they’d have been spending an equivalent amount across AWS and cloud engineer staffing; I also doubt that they’re on VIP’s entry plans, given the compliance, support, and traffic. (I work on a similarly-priced competitor to VIP.)

Enterprises tend to use a variety of CMSes. According to https://torchbox.com/blog/nasa-jpl-launches-on-wagtail/ only JPL was on Wagtail; I believe that’s now also on WordPress, albeit a separate install of it. (I

Aside from the famous case of Apple Corps as noted by jollofricepeas, there are multiple other trademarks for “Apple” as a single word in the US, including for tobacco, horseshoes, books, and travel.

The standard generally is whether the trademark would cause confusion to or deceive consumers. Naming a company after an existing brand which is an invented word (being a corruption of googol) would fall under the latter, and intent matters

You can preprogram that sort of stuff in, but if you set alarms to irregular times, you really want the integration rather than having to manually readjust daily. (I have a Lifx Day and Dusk in the bedroom lamp, not a Hue.)

Annoyingly, the alarm app I use (Sleep Cycle) only supports Hue for some of the advanced features (sunrise lights). Despite supporting HomeKit for some stuff, the ecosystem lock-in persists.
