One of Facebook's redesigns a while back made everyone's friend lists public with no option to hide it. Have they since reverted that?

Note that this follows former US CIO Vivek Kundra's resignation last year (he's now an EVP at Salesforce). I wonder if this is just the typical cabinet exodus for more lucrative private jobs or more endemic of a difficult time advancing tec

Instead of paying off the debt in full, he used some of the earnings on a vacation. But he says he sold some stuff in Hawaii, so it's very possible the trip didn't cost him much or anything at all.

I realize this was probably inevitable, but I'm really disappointed by this move. I applauded AT&T when they introduced the $15 data plan (for 200mb). The price was low enough that it helped my family go from 1 data plan to 4 data plans

Looks like CNN did a piece on him back in September 2010: http://articles.cnn.com/2010-09-17/tech/gahran.blogging.ipad... Interesting that he left his laptop behind and used only an iPad then, but is back to a MacBook Air now.

If you happen to be interested in more "minimalist porn", I too made a list of the things I was living with at one point last year. http://raviudeshi.com/2011/02/75-things With hindsight, I can say it's not at all about the number, but mo

I love the new design. I preferred the old color scheme (light green feels easier on the eyes), but I'm sure I'll quickly get used to the new one. Other than that, everything seems much more consistently designed and cleaner. Great job. PS.

Thanks, I didn't know about that setting! I can only assume it won't be there forever for obvious reasons, but it's nice to have it for now (especially because of the UI issues mentioned elsewhere in this thread).

Can you please explain the difference between reflowable and fixed-layout ePubs? I thought the entire point of using ePub over PDF was so that it would be more adaptable to each reading device and/or reader (e.g. larger font sizes).

Coupons for GoDaddy renewals are generally available if you check RetailMeNot.com or other such sites. The codes tend to change every month/quarter, but I don't think I've ever renewed with them for more than ~$9.
