I don't see anything different than what ebay/craigslist offers. You mention a "social marketplace" and your front page says "Leverage the power of social networks" but I don't see any features that make your site social, or where I can lev

It doesn't matter if there's a written contract... if you are working on a venture together with some sort of verbal understanding, in California (I'm assuming in the rest of the USA too) that is just as legally binding as a written contrac

The idea sounds great, but if you are actually looking for a date, this seems to provide more hassle than it's worth (why should I wait a week to contact someone?, why the structure? I'd rather do things my way). Have you gotten feedback fr

It's cool, but I don't see how it's useful at all. Some of the commands are even more verbose than going to google and typing in a search.

I LOVE the keyboard shortcuts. In fact, just because of that (and good results) I might switch to using this as my default search engine.

I like it and would actually use it to search blogs (though the url is hard to remember). One small caveat, I would make the pagination bigger and easier to click on (look at google).

I have thought about it (and calendar/contacts do sync on the iphone), but I'm not sure if it's worth the money. I thought many people would have similar problems, and so wanted to find out what they do.

I did read that last paragraph where you say that I still have ownership over my content. However, I am still granting you a license to do whatever you want with the story. Meaning you can go and sell the top stories to publishers legally.

I like your idea. However, I don't like the fact that simply by submitting something I automatically grant you a license to do whatever you want with it. In fact, I was going to submit a short story but will not after reading your terms and

I recently launched a direct competitor to you: http://adexchanged.com/ We've had 205194 ad impressions served in the 28 days since we've launched. I'd be interested if you wanted to share some of your numbers... The fact that competitors

Adding a demo of how the ad unit looks was on the to-do list. I guess both of us just forgot about it before launching. We'll redo the front page with better wording and I'll add a demo of the ad unit in there. In the future you will be abl

FYI, you can defer the $800 california minimum tax for two years if you request to be taxed as a corporation when you file your taxes.

If you're talking about the $800 because that's the minimum tax your state has on LLCs. You can request to be taxed as a corporation, which gives you another year to pay off that $800.

I've looked at all those things, but I'm looking for something that's cross-browser and that works with the newest version of adsense and google analytics. I haven't found something that does, which is why I asked here.

Can you be a little more specific on how I would accomplish this using google analytics? The main thing I want is to run a method on adclick that stores some values in the database (used to track clicks, for the purposes of the app it needs

Well, if that's your business plan, it seems like its nothing more than an extension of domains... which provides no benefit to the customer. Why spend money on a "keyphrase" when you can spend money on the actual domain? I don't see what p

The idea is easy to understand to anyone that knows that tinyurl is. Otherwise, they might be confused. I think a screenshot of the address bar showing a long url and your short "keyphrase" one would help explain your site to your users. I

Yea, I agree with those problems. That's why the approach we took with this idea was launch really early and get feedback from the community to see what changes need to be made and in which direction we should take the site. (i.e. we though

I agree that you should launch early. But you need to launch with a product that is different and better than your competition on day one. It doesn't have to include all your features, but at least one or two that show how you're different
