I didn't realized they had changed tiers to include a license in the $15 backing - backed!

I had been a paid instapaper user since the beginning, but Pocket is just awesome - they got me to switch.

Yeah - I noticed the same thing with Python / Django being so poorly represented - seems like there's an disproportionate number of Python related posts and discussions on HN - but it could just be my internal bias as a Ruby guy :)

Yeah, G+ had a really great, vibrant photography community. People like Trey Ratcliff have really done an amazing job getting people engaged there.

Very cool! What a great way to show off the RubyMotion REPL. Maybe this will encourage some folks to buy a license who were on the fence about it.

I really want to love DuckDuckGo, and will usually give it a try for a day or two every couple weeks - but Google is just a superior product.

As I mentioned in another comment, food and fuel are not counted when calculating inflation - they are both commodities whose prices are determined by external market forces (ie speculation, weather, etc) and do not accurately reflect risin

Wow - every time we the media world take a few tentative steps into the modern age, they seem to immediately scramble back into the cave of ignorance. What is it going to take for these guys to understand new and relevant business models?

You're sort of correct, in that inflation and the money supply can often be related, but generally one would not use the term "inflation" to refer to an increase in the money supply. In simple terms though, as the money supply increases, th

These are the same types of arguments that a few of the more vocal but ill-informed professional photographers out there use to spread FUD about photo sharing sites like Flickr, etc. The bottom line is that you, as a user, have to grant suc
