Am I right to assume that NAND flash has higher storage density than magnetic disks? I've been trying to find some definitive data about this but failed so far. I'd really appreciate if someone can point me the right direction to

Not to defend Google's attitude towards customer service, but you do realize it's inappropriate to post someone's work phone number as a public-facing custom support line, right?

I'm not sure… running a 7MB binary with tons of functionality as PID 1 sounds like a really bad idea. Possibly even worse than the usual complaints against systemd (which has at least process isolations for its various features).

A quick search on www.bloomberg.com shows inconsistent application of the style guide. iPhone is universally styled as "iPhone", while both EBay/eBay and iTunes/ITunes appeared in headlines.

This is truly genius engineering. Initially you would think hybrid vehicles must be more complex and less reliable than conventional vehicles because they have another system to fail, right? Turns out Toyota figured out a way to make hybrid

I guess the next logical step is to build a virtual filesystem such that each connection is represented by a file. Then you can further decouple the connection handling from the actual application. Applications can start later to talk to a

How is it different from Google App Engine? Conceptually the two seem very similar to me, that is, developers do not have to worry about the underling infrastructure at all---just write code and deploy.

Have you tried emulating iBeacon with iDevice or a Mac? I'd consider those to have high quality Bluetooth chips and great antennae. If it is still not ideal, the blame could be on the software stack or maybe the whole idea is flawed :|
