I fully agree that automakers should be held responsible. However, I am feeling a bit of negative sentiment here. What does 'properly' mean? There has been court cases that have been decided against them. Sure there is always more

That is the basic idea of taxes: to redistribute money. The problem was a bit different though: people that need trains (like disabled people) were pushed out of trains and trams by tourists with bikes. I still really enjoyed not having to

I think it would be difficult to even reproduce the bad quality of the pirated version of Terminator we watched as kids. With regard to this I think the shaders would need to be more dynamic.

Push would IMHO allow nice pub sub if combined with SSE. Particularly for short lived objects one could actually considerably reduce overhead. However, it has been build with the design goal to be an optional feature (as there is no client

I think the problem is at different level: manufacturers do not actually care that items are retured because they profit from the replacement. This is much worse actually for well insured items like cars. Otherwise it would be easy to set

Supporting FreeCAD [1] would be IMHO the way to go as they already provide both interfaces to BIM [2] and Blender [3]. Would be great if there were more architects or structural engineering companies that invest in open source. Maybe then u

Funny to see Google and Mozilla siding on ethical issues. It really seems like the W3C has finally lost its compass and now wants to venture into the blockchain. Only positive thing is to see Google loosing once in a standards fight, howeve

I rather see a dystopian future from unregulated asset flow with no limits and no taxation. Cash for me is a good tradeoff between freedom and necessary control. I would e.g. opt into any equivalent digital currency that does not allow spec
