Any state actor who puts in the effort can get pretty good, and some countries make a very specific effort in this area. North Korea is one. Imagine the brightest people in your state (say, population 26 million) were all nudged into one ve

This kind of thing is why I think Sam is often misjudged. You can’t fuck around in such a competitive market. If you go in all kumbaya you’ll get crushed by market forces. It’s rare for company/founder ideals to survive the market inde

That seems to be the same goal for https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Main_Page Do you mean something different, e.g. not just structured data?

If the top "scandals" in the article are considered reasons to change, just wait until the alt-crew get a hold of wikipedia. Medical, political, science, education, religion discussions would all be even more crazy when people can

The parents rules seemed to indicate only reevaluating the status of a haunted domain. I see nothing about evaluating a normal domain.

Then he can claim those things, but not what he hasn’t done yet. He’s very capable and I’m happy to defend his contribution, but his pronouncements on “full self driving” have been untruthful. It is not full self driving. It was not autopil

Drag in a couple files and say “make a class that does X but use this format”. I absolutely don’t rely on it for lots of things but it’s absolutely capable of working with existing code. Claude is far better than OpenAI when dealing with se

My guess: because many want an alternative to X and hope one of them will reach escape velocity/good enough UX etc. This is firmly a chicken and egg situation but as long as there’s progress and growth, there is still a chance.

Maybe record that amazing commute so the less fortunate train travelers can play it on an Apple Vision Pro? Bit of a rubbish arrival surprise at work, but we can solve that next!
