Life pro tip, if you don't want to be seen as a "crazy" person, slap on a pair of headphones and activate your phones voice recorder. You can pretend to be on a phone call, record your thoughts, and no-one will be any of the

This is a good example of where UX means a different thing to the user than to the developer. Just because it's available on another page doesn't mean the customer is going to take the time to go figure that out. Take these critic

> How do you arrive at that 5% base chance? I actually don’t know an analytic way of arriving there, but you can get there experimentally pretty easily by just writing a loop that runs through this a million times and then tells you how

More like there was a huge trash problem and they don't want it anymore... how is them handing the world a problem when the root cause of the problem is unsustainable packaging and recyclables?

You're burned out. You need to sleep 8 hours a night consistently (use melatonin, l-theanine etc. if you need it) Procrastination is a symptom of your burnout... See if you can take on less work, but work that has higher pay. Rearrange

Yeah, that would be totally hands off. But I believe you'd have to ensure that your requests didn't timeout, (3 seconds in lambda) and in this example of 10ms response times I couldn't see any issue here. If you're into

Great overview here on how you solved a problem and built a business around that. I read that you use Elastic Beanstalk for your server config, but I wanted to ask: 1. What programming language did you use? 2. What, if any, configuration di
