thanks for checking it out and for the feedback! I had the same thought regarding just giving spam another target!. My quick thought on a solution... the referrer matters a lot. If we can get this to catch on enough that the problem emerges

Property is not just real estate and state property tax is not what is keeping the american billionaire class safe and growing richer. If you've asked this question in good faith, perhaps isolating and over-defining "income"

I don't disagree with your broader point, but isn't the lower cap gains tax rate also incentive design to reward investment over pure consumption?

I think you misunderstand. The comment your responding to was arguing against this assertion: > no way the top 10% receive 3/4 of the services I think the argument is that the main service USA taxes pay for is defending property and

IMO if you're reasonably talented and working harder than the founders as an early employee, it's time to value your options at 0 and look for another job.

I like this discussion! I'm interested in more equitable and humane company structures and looking for better ways to collaborate. In my day (2014 lol), Founding Engineer was not a common role, it was called "Engineer #1". Wh

I think that's a very possible outcome. A lot of people investing in AI are thinking there's a google moment coming where one monopoly will reign supreme. Google has strong network effects around user data AND economies of scale.

That shows quarterly revenue not user activity in the US? In my orbit there is nearly 0 Facebook usage outside of a few boomers but instagram seems very popular.

I'm also very interested in alternative company/governance models. To me, the traditional company structure seems fairly effective but I don't like the feeling of being an employee. There's an ownership/power dynami
