As someone who's spent a lot of time in this space and is quite interested in lowering the cost of entry and finding ways to simplify it, I'm afraid you've vastly oversimplified the problem. > sports fans certainly don

Actually SMPTE 2110 can host video (2110-20), audio (2110-30) and ancillary data (2110-40) essences, and each essence can be delivered independently of the others. ST 2110-22 standardizes compressed video using JPEG XS. While there is a pat

Guy uses his project's GitHub issues as personal TODO list, realizes his one line GitHub issues look unprofessional, uses AI to hallucinate them into fake but realistic looking issues, and then complains when he gets AI slop PRs. An al

I've seen vibe coding fall apart at 600 lines of code. It turns out lines of code is not a good metric for this or any other purpose.

Yes, as the article says, they seem to be using Sendgrid to phish Sendgrid customers because the UX is "xyz.com delivered by sendgrid.com", hoping that this is seen as legitimacy by the recipient.

That would seem to imply they weren't checking MX as I presume you have removed Sendgrid from your SPF allowed senders policy by now.

As explained in the article, the scammers are using compromised Sendgrid domains to send the phishing emails. This means the emails are going to pass SPF/DKIM. Those domains are apparently owned by legitimate businesses which are actua

I don't think you're really losing the ability to check if an object responds to a message ie a_car.respond_to?(:color) just because theres type annotations. And I assume the type checker doesnt yell if you do a_car.color after th

I'm aware of multiple Chrome profiles and I do not want to use them. Google should simply make their account switching consistent across their apps and work sensibly in these corner cases.
