No, it's all closed source. The binaries aren't publicly distributed either, they seem to be the result of leaks.

Why has Google never tried to monetise Google Images results in the same way? My instinct is that they have considered it but that image search lacks the same intent that makes AdWords clicks so valuable to Google.
