Why has Google never tried to monetise Google Images results in the same way?
My instinct is that they have considered it but that image search lacks the same intent that makes AdWords clicks so valuable to Google.
- allsystemsgo 11y agoHaven't looked recently but I think the Google Images API is really expensive to use.
- beambot 11y agoI use Google images to do shopping all the time. Anecdotal for sure, but I can't be alone...
