As a French, let me tell you that I find the behaviour of many Parisian waiters rude and unprofessional, perhaps that's because I'm not Parisian though..

In France there's a famous singer who beat a woman to death, by the same logic this is private business between him, the justice and the woman's family? I say no: at some point I don't want to be 'entertained' by so

I'm French and I prefer very much 'liberté, égalité, fraternité' as a moral standard than British's queen/king who are definitively not equal with their subjects.

Why Redox OS isn't based on seL4? Are there limitations of seL4 which blocked its usage?

That is an oversimplification, very often you know something that cannot be expressed in the types, so escape hatch (cast/unsafe) are useful. That said, if you can wrap around these 'hack' in a 'sane' API, then it&#

I used it until a few month ago: it worked better (lower latency and no need to specify the resolution) than VNC but clion doesn't work well with NX, so I switched to VNC.

When I learned APL (which I never used) that when there was a bug, it was faster to rewrite the whole line using a different way than to debug the line. A truly 'write only' language.. It shows in the article: the 'min'

Except that nearly all the RISCs have a 16-bit instruction extension which brings their instruction density nearly equal to the CISCs' one. And the decoding remain much simpler than the CISC's one. That said ForwardCom blur the bo

Bah I read a lot about the niceties of using autoformaters then I had to use clang-format for C++ at work and when I discovered that the format is totally borked when you use macros in lambdas, well.. I prefer manual formatting, yes each co

sigh : this doesn't matter, this is a library provided feature not a language feature (like Ada) so if you try to use something else than 1-based array you'll find lots of incompatible libraries..
