It's crazy to think we are the universe observing and trying to understand itself. Matter organised in a certain way is able to observe itself? How weird is that!

Yep, even with stuff like the antennagate, they never truly recognized their mistake ( "you're holding it wrong!" ). Too proud. Same thing with the "touch disease" on the iPhone 6.

Why not go with a Chromebox or Chromebit instead? Seems like the perfect solution for your kids and no maintenance for you.

What Apple lacks is humility. Jobs even said people don't know what they want until "you showed it to them". So, I highly doubt that Apple will listen to what people want. I mean, Apple would make a killing with a new Mac Min

Just run "firefox --no-remote -ProfileManager" and here you go. I'm sure Grandma and Joe SixPack will do that... Not everybody is tech savvy. I'd say the majority of FF users don't even know there's a profile

The thing I noticed was how there seems to be some sort of hydrophobic coating on the rocks. They don't get wet like real rocks. The lava demo is similar.

Imagine if you had to wait for HP or Acer to update your Windows PC. How terrible would that be. Nvidia, AMD and Intel stop making new drivers because they want to sell new chips, OEM stop making updates because they want to sell new machin

I absolutely agree that there must be regulations for smart devices regarding security updates. I mean, Google is releasing security updates for Android for FREE and lots of OEMs don't even bother to update their phones. Unbelievable.

This is what I don't like about this whole "smart" era we're entering into. Now you buy a smart TV or a smart phone or any other "smart gadgets" and you don't even know if it will receive any security upda

Same for me. I think small talk is draining because it lacks authenticity and the possibility of a real exchange that allows both party to understand themselves better.

Self-driving cars and robots replacing factory workers are obviously just the beginning. How about computers that can program themselves? How about machines that can think and create like we do (and better)? We approach 2017, we know clim

Sure, they're not throwing them away. They sell their appliances to buy new models, but new appliances obviously take resources and energy to build and transport. Same for cars, TVs, gadgets, etc.
