Hard to know exactly what efficiency they are speaking of. If this is truly 90% efficiency from electrical to motive power efficiency, that would be well beyond other alternatives no? I suspect they are talking about one step bring much mor

Service providers either have safe harbor, or they have to fret/worry-about/vet everything that happens that they host. Banning 230 protection for generated content is not really any different than destroying 230 outright. A servi

The DC Maryland & Virginia (DMV) has seen a lot of intersections add car-standoffs, flimsy barriers that keep cars far away from the curb. Drivers used to cut so hard to the right, which reduced buffer zone versus pedestrians so much. A

I adore how well this article cites sources at the top. Gold links to let others build the case. I don't know how important it could have been, but the threads here don't talk a lot about UML being more than just a design tool. We

Federal anti-governance eh? I mean, as a cyberspacian I kind of dig that someone/anyonr is creating bounds on ad-hoc legislating, on control. This just seems like the most fallen sad anti-person hill for the feds to go die on.

Pointless bullshit from pointless wastes of time. How can a service provider tell? How does this not become a way to ruin section 230 for every other use? You can't have kind of safe harbor... It's either possible to host conten
