Something like this was missing since they removed the uploads [1]. Basically a release bundle may not be exactly the same stuff you have in your source code repository. You may need to generate documentation, configure files, run setup.py

If I try django-yarr I'll give you feedback (GitHub issues). I didn't feel like starting one of these myself, but I can use/contribute to an existing project. Thanks for sharing!

See: http://www.youtube.com/html5 Unfortunately the amount of videos encoded only with h.264 is still important and you can't avoid Flash if your browser/OS doesn't provide h.264. So yes, having open video

Unless you're using tracking mechanisms such as the discussed in the post, the only information the sender has is that the destination SMTP server acknowledged the delivery. After that, you know nothing. The mail could be deleted strai

Congratulations! One thing I miss in Bitbucket is repo discovery. There's no way, or at least I can't find it, to browse the repositories filtering by language, popularity, etc. 1 million users, I don't know how many repos, but I can tell y

Looks great! I miss one thing: PGP signature files. I've been checking one of my packages and PyPI is showing the .asc file but crate only shows the sha256 hash.

Yep, that's the point. DRM won't stop piracy, but it will make things harder for legit users (my favourite is: DRM requires _whatever_ and Linux is not supported).

That's for the new Hangouts service. If you can keep using XMPP with your Gmail account, then it's not that terrible. I don't know if it's a forced replacement. We may need to wait for Google's announcement.

Can someone confirm Google is killing XMPP and its server-to-server federation? The Verge says Hangouts is not using XMPP but does it mean that XMPP (Google Talk) is definitely going away?
