It’s a hard problem for sure. I guess You fine tune to their preferences. Everyone gets the “Giant bus headed straight towards you!!!!” Alert. But let’s say you’re at the grocery store, maybe it’s clever enough to read the aisle description

In the article they chose to self host. I followed this path as well! So far so good, but I also don’t have a huge viewership so it wasn’t that big a deal

I hate receiving speeding tickets as much as the next guy, but I am pro automated speeding tickets. I must be getting old. - May encourage slower (safer) driving habits, fewer accidents - Automates some police duties, frees law enforcement

Isn’t the whole point of all this so I don’t need to use a web UI anymore? I can just tell the computer what I want and it does it, then I can go about my life?

I try not to do it, but I’m absolutely guilty of this. When you start writing, it’s sort of the lowest common denominator topic to write about. You’ll be sitting there thinking what should I write about? So you start writing about writing i

I think a lot of it does come down to scale. Imagine the challenge of being a teacher tasked with teaching (science/english/math/etc) to 150-200 unique kids per day, often with little to no budget or support from admin, paren

I do it for the challenge and community mostly. Comics are pretty funny and very inclusive. Delivering jokes to strangers takes a lot of courage, and as you said, to actually get laughs takes a lot of work, practice, and humiliation
