But if the company is using money as "100% gasoline" then they've got it figured out and don't need intros from the investors.

I was in my 20's at the height of the travel bubble running around hostels and such and.. yeah. So many people "looking for themselves" but if you step back and look, it's just hedonism which will never make you happy lo

Definitely I should have rented a place with internet after a while of looking for what place feels right and stayed for some months. At least to me being “on the road” and working was really tough. But maybe if you just go to Hanoi for 6 m

I did the digital nomad thing shorter term - for a few months. Kinda fun but I still found work even more invasive on my time than at home. Everyone’s having fun and relaxing at the beach while I’m sitting at the reception area trying to co

Looks great! Sorry for the off-topic but what is the "2021 bootstrap" that all startup landing pages are using? I like the look and keep seeing it everywhere

That video looks very interesting but how do I build some context on what any of these colored shapes are?

The general public only cares about consumer goods. Why would they know anything about a payments processing CEO? The "star" CEOs are all from consumer goods - Steve Jobs, Bezos and Elon Musk are probably the only ones any America

Even simpler. Disney (et al) produces the majority (?) of movie hours the public watches in 2021. That combined with globalization of demand - you don’t want to cut off any geographical regions that can’t handle anything controversial and

The next big desktop release will be whatever comes with the new AM5 socket so they have some time to get their act together. I don’t have high hopes that they can actually compete and now Apple also leapfrogged them with non-desktop chips

They only have theaters in the US so I would imagine the ROI is very low (a couple of tourists might hit it up at some point?)

I tried a Big Mac recently and it's really not that great, pretty dry. The sauce is the amazing part. I prefer getting a Impossible burger from a slightly more expensive burger place instead now. Maybe I just need to buy a gallon of th

Those sausages are definitely better than the burger patty to me. I just wish Impossible would get more products out since their burger patty is the first uncanny valley leaping veggie meat I've had.

Kind of a win-win-win. Companies like it if they can just press soy or peas and fats into patties, environment likes having less bottom of the barrel meat farms, animal welfare is better at the high end farms, maybe the veg patties are a bi
