Forgive me if I read the article wrong, but maybe this has to do with randomly changing diet having a negative effect? I think optimal diet is subjective. Reason and experience are more important than other people’s data alone.

I really wish I started with lisp, the unity of the whole language teaches you that you’re not just telling a computer what to do, you’re making abstractions on top of the base language.
