I don't know about embeddings, but it was able to decode a URL encoded string into a javascript animated SVG. So larger texts can be encoded and still "understood." You probably wouldn't even have to declare your encodin

I think the truth is pretty dark. Until TikTok most recommendation engines placed the most weight on your declared preferences. TikTok doesn't seem to care about what you "say" you like." They watch your behavior to see
