I just looked at his twitter feed, and he has a lot of "I made a mistake" posts. What he did was bad, but at least he is not trying to minimize it. And this thread getting to the top of Hacker News will probably teach him a lesson.

Yeah, if they really had to get off on criticizing other's code, why not use IM or email? To do it on such a public place as twitter is kind of cruel.

Same here. I'll often buy a substandard book from the "21 days" or "24 Hours" series, even with all their lack of editing and inferior writing, over other books. Why? Because the exercises they usually have help me retain more that a bett

I'm with AT&T and went to the $15/month a couple years ago (don't know if the price went up, I'm on someone else's contract and I've never actually seen the bill). It's a pain to worry about bandwidth, and video is out of the question.

Just saw Tenderlove's tweet, which is pretty funny "while we're at it, we should check in the .so files too. Binfiles won't work so well without them."

Thanks, that's a good way of looking at it. Nowadays, I have so much pent-up anger and rage at these types of people after coming to terms with all the years of being manipulated by them. They must sense it, because they tend to shut up wh

I tend to say "I don't know" around these malevolent personality types more often. If people are looking for ammunition to use against you, the less words you use the better. These types of people will find plenty of things to mock you an
