This will likely be a problem for the democratic base eventually. As Hispanics go conservative and less students go to college to be indoctrinated into liberal values the country will shift conservative. Democrats will need to find an alter

It wouldn’t be unreasonable to see the entire covid price premium to blow off (easy come easy go) but housing prices are sticky especially on the down side.

Yeah but that’s not the whole picture… in 1962 the ford truck was $2000 now is around 40,000 so while a new one is better you still have to earn 2x as much to get the most basic one available

There are some really odd design choices here. Barrel shape with large doors. That does not appear to be well thought out design. I’m really looking for either plans or prefabs that are well thought out and designed.

When you have high turn over you need to train employees but there legacy companies have barely any remote team management capabilities. I’d be surprised if they even got teams to work somewhat competently at gm. Tech employees are spoiled

Currency devaluation is going to kill your (maybe literally). If you are getting paid in British pounds everything is going to go up extremely. So fuel, groceries etc will go up, and then interest rates will have to follow because there is
