The same could be said of every docker image on dockerhub, or any open source project on github, or any distro of linux.. I could keep going. Unless you review the source code of everything you use, and compile it yourself, there’s always t

I run bitwarden_rs for exactly the reason you stated, for personal passwords. It took a few seconds to add to my portainer (docker) server and now I host my vault and keep it safe within my LAN.

Not really. Eclipse has been my daily driver for python and web development the past 12 years. Every time I try another IDE, I find myself missing features that PyDev does so well, and end up going back.

Incrementing the counter, and generating the next HOTP code in a single UPDATE statement could be useful.

How much do you really need for password management though? The occasional PDF with single-use 2FA keys is all I use the storage for.

I agree. Applications that rely on the ordering of columns are as bad as people who complain when I add a new column into, or change the ordering of a CSV which has column headers. There is no technical reason to do this; computers are ampl

Floccus is a good self-hosted open-source alternative for syncing bookmarks across browsers. There is a docker available to use their WebDAV, or you can use your own. https://floccus.org/

What about pro-vaxers who would like to see a vaccine go through the usual testing process to determine if there are any long-term side effects. Are you going to lump them in your anti-vaxer box also?

What a fear driven, nonsensical statement to make. Firstly the person who died would have had to not have taken the vaccine also; otherwise wouldn't they be immune to the serious side effects? Secondly, it's not even known if the

Not true, though admittedly I had the same fear. I have a Hikvision NVR and 4k camera setup. I keep them on a separate subnet and have blocked all access to other subnets and the internet via a Mikrotik router. In the year or so I have had

And you are wiser than anyone in authority that has walked before you? (eg. parents, law makers, authorities, teachers, etc). Punishment is a deterrent and has been proven so for millennia.

Two things I recommend you do before hosting it again. 1. Use SandboxedEnvironment instead of Environment. 2. Render the template via multiprocessing with a 10 second timeout. This should solve some of your DOS issues.

Even if its a trusted https:// domain, it can still be compromised. ( https://blog.jquery.com/2014/09/24/update-on-jquery-com-comp... ) Always review the script first.

We are currently facing the issue of not being able to use MSVG (ImageMagick's internal SVG renderer). We use it to work around issues with RSVG. If anyone has a solution for disabling xlink'd images but retaining the rest of MSVG
