The solution is to stop flying so ridiculously often. It's getting entirely out of hand, and if we want to stop climate change, we need to FLY LESS.

In The Netherlands we have a "no-call register" for companies ( https://business.gov.nl/regulation/telesales/#article-do-not... ) I never get robocalls. It's nice to live in a country that believes in

Silly anecdotal evidence. I can counter that with having received terrible service in the US. Especially because each waited only cares about their own little territory where they expect to farm tips. Means getting ignored by other waiters.

Ehm this is only the case in the USA, simply because Americans hate taxes and/or the common good. Visit Europe and you will notice there's another way.

This I don't understand, there's a million cheaper VPS providers. I can understand choosing DO cause it's hip and they have great tutorials, but price? Nope.

Eh, cookie laws don't take away your freedom, and GDPR is overall a good thing. You're piling on irrelevant things for your anti-EU frame. Enjoy your hard Brexit.

Pocket is not a cost center, it earns them money to develop the browser in the first place!

Sorry but this is a bit clueless, what are you trying to secure exactly, if it's not your own data? You can't honestly thing that data is safer in Chrome than Firefox.

The Seagate 8TB has an AFR of around 1%, this is not only really good, but also makes any anecdotal evidence from a consumer quite useless.

Exactly this, Americans need to detox from their truck-obsession. Size of your car does not make you a tough guy.

All those giant-ass trucks Americans ride around in (usually on their own) are making it difficult for bike lanes or walking paths to even exist!

Consumption tax is not high, actually quite low with 16%. (Not counting the USA, a country so allergic to tax they rather go back to gravel roads before maintaining their highways.)

8K is completely pointless, you need to be sitting about 50cm from your already-giant TV for it to make a difference over 4K.

With adaptive, are you referring to being able to pretend to care about unborn children but not actually caring about them after birth?

Seems crazy to me (and a bit depressing) that doing anything for 1 hour per day would not lead to good progress! We only have so few truly free hours in a day to spend on things like this.

The inclusion of the keywords "quit" and "exit" in the PostgreSQL command-line interface to help make it easier to leave the command-line tool YES, at last. This beats parallel queries any day.
