My God the nostalgia. I played Pokémon in school under my desk thanks to the Gameboy emulator liberty on the m105 if I am not mistaken. Might also have been my next model a m505. Before I am being called a snob, I bought the m505 as broken

Harrison Bergeron distopia is a different topic in my opinion. I agree with you that it might be impossible to enforce such a law without having the downsides you mentioned. However I would very much like being able to take 6 months of pare

It is absolutely not! We live in Germany which has good options compared to other countries and it is still not enough. My wife earns 5000€+ in her job. Guess what, you can earn a maximum of 1800€ during parental leave. It gets even better

Rofi is also king in my opinion. It can do everything you need with extensions / scripts but at its core it is kept minimal with a VERY small memory footprint. Sure dmenu is even smaller but some esthetics aren't bad.

Are you sure about stationary? My 2018 leaf does not do that. I replaced the system with Open Pilot and never looked back. I also have a Tesla Model Y sometimes for testing. It is amazing how much better OpenPilot is. On the highway it is u

Sadly not open source and their change notes are not yet production ready. Every release something breaks. I switched back to pure wireguard because of this. I also wouldn't call tailscale and netmakers ui comparable. Netmaker has far

I work with ALOT of documents that have a deadline / need to be finished at a certain time. The blockchain helps me to proof mathematical in front of a curt that the file already existed at a given date. It is the most secure way that

That is different use case. How would I prove that a file existed without a middlemen? I would gladly switch since the method I am currently using isn't exactly cheap.

You would be really stupid to buy anything illegal with Bitcoin or any other non anonymous crypto. Cash / Fiat is king there.

You can proof that a digital file existed at a given time and hasn't been altered since. It is something that I use on a daily basis.

Hisense A7 or Yota 3 should be your choice then. Both e-ink phones. Yota with the twist that you have the choice to use e-ink or a normal screen by turning the phone.

This response only makes sense if you are not into DevOps, which I think you should as a developer. Take a random server exposed to the internet, use caddy or treafik to setup a reverse proxy. It takes like 20 seconds to create a reverse pr

I tried ALOT of headsets over the years. Sadly there is nothing close to the quest 2. It is not only the price but the ease of use. Want to game on a huge field? The quests has no problem with that and is setup within seconds not minutes.

In Germany it is highly (over)regulated, to a point where it isn't usable. Torque on wheel for e.g. is to low even for some wide curves. Still eye tracking isn't mandatory.

I would prefer both. Hands on the wheel and eye tracking for level 2-4. Eye tracking is however much more important imo.
