I see the Mitsubishi one uses CO2 as the refrigerant. And the warranty lasts for ten years. And the model for cold regions recommends putting the outdoor unit in an elevated covered stand. I assume to keep the snow and wet away. I will look

If you think your competitors are committing financial suicide by borrowing money they don’t have to fund a project with a dubious rate of return, you wait and see.

Organizations today run every SAAS under the sun. Files and data are wired up in a hodgepodge with security usually being an afterthought. There are companies like Big Banks that do monitor all network traffic including traffic to their pro

Hey thanks. I'll be reading these in-depth. I am fascinated by Japanese appliance tech-wizardry. LOL about the mom using the intercom to get the kids out of the bath.

Before zero trust, once you logged in, you have access to the entire kingdom of resources/files/APIs etc. To me, this sounds like zero trust version 2.0. The "brain" challenges agentic AI trying to access resources it n

Government exists to serve the people. People do not exist so they can pay taxes. This was the very reason the Founding Fathers rebelled against Britain.

I would answer that heat is a form of energy. A horse pulling a carriage a 1000 yards requires more energy than pulling 30 yards. When a car slams on the brakes the distance is too short to generate enough heat to deform. I would also suspe

What I commonly see is people take a mental model that worked in the past and apply it in another context assuming it will work again. Irregardless of different constraints, people, or technologies. Agile cult members are the worst offender

I agree when dealing with police in general the only thing you say is “lawyer”. With CBP, we are in a gray zone. It is hard to know what to do.

Unfortunately I agree with James Mickens. If CBP asks me to turn on and unlock my phone, I do it. It is the same advice that cops give to young black men in “the talk”. Comply, don’t get killed, hire a lawyer and fight injustice in court.

I don’t follow your logic. The recent legislative choice by the current administration is continued tax breaks, corporate tax holidays, and capricious tariffs. There is no serious discussion about the debt.
