I just asked Bard, what is 2+3 And it answered 2+3=5 is incorrect, 2+3=5 is not a valid mathematical expression. 2+3=5 is a false statement.

Yes, We do. We primarly use it as Job scheduling engine. I have multiple teams asking for data extracts, and I fashioned Jenkins to run extracts both adhoc as well as fixed schedule basis.

I have looked at InfluxDB, and it is pretty cool. Combined with Grafana, you have a complete solution out of the box.
