superkuh is right, and this is the most misunderstood concept as it relates to general liberty. If you think you're being compensated for your time, just remember, that they believe, over the course of time, your time is worth nothing.

This is a control thing - if a city or county wishes to secede from the state, its website and emails can be shutdown easily now.

I was hoping there would be a choice, at the very least, for local LLM use, but alas, after reading the article, it appears that is not the case. LadyBird is our only alternative. Edit: Well and the FF forks that won't have AI. :P

I also want to mention that Linksys is owned by Cisco whose hardware probably touches the majority of the internet directly.

I had the opportunity to chat with Sam, and I would say that the majority of publicly written opinion about him is false. He’s a pretty genuine guy with a lot of advice and wisdom. He definitely doesn’t come off as a capitalist but more of

The author of one of these plugins had been quite vocal about this on HN [1] in another discussion. This is something quite awful and completely unfair. I hate when the people of the world are divided and conquered. :( [1] https:/

There has never been a better time to move to Linux. Have you tried Omakub? Manjaro? Mint? Ubuntu 24? These are polished and complete alternatives and your favorite app probably has a Linux build already!
