This seems brilliant, I could see most ICE cars having one of these within five years. Likely needs some work, particularly with regards to safety and to adapt it to all the specific models of cars. Could possibly be improved to add regen

I've read speculation that the warm ocean temperatures are due to ships at sea stopping use of high sulfur fuel recently, so perhaps releasing some sulfur (or other reflector of IR radiation) at a fairly large scale ahead of a hurrican

What does eradicating mosquitoes have to do with hurricanes? We've already messed with the level of sulfur in the air over the oceans by using high sulfur fuel in ships in the past, so the risks should be pretty well quantified. Poss

That sounds rough, that you'd prefer the destruction of hurricanes in order to get more water. Don't the hurricanes destroy the crops? Maybe your government should try cloud seeding.

I'm not suggesting injecting sulfur across the whole Earth, just near hurricanes. We also now have a natural experiment, where the sulfur from ships at sea was decreased and we have observed a significant effect and can correlate that

Yes, it would be nice if the Powerwall 3 had LiFePO4 batteries. I believe Tesla does not accept liability if a Powerwall burns your house down, so something without Li-Ion batteries would be better.
