That's coming up. We're working down our list of big features, and that's high up there. Iterate fast and often, right? We're sticking to that as best we can.

Chirrup is a bit different -- looks like more of a programmable API than something for end users. Chirrup fetches all of the replies from Twitter, and sorts them by URL so you can have a comment feed for each page in your site.

Yikes, Meebo Rooms is a UX disaster though. I tried using it on our 'maintenance page' once when we were upgrading our servers, and it was a visual design abortion. Definitely psyched about using Chatterous in the future. Also, Campfire, wa

I know those two assumptions are wrong. Because those assumptions were made by most everyone when they first heard about either company. The point is, as others have pointed out more concisely, it's unclear what startups will be big and wha

I suppose Google was just another me-too search engine and MS-DOS was just another copy of CP/M -- one that they didn't even write themselves. We are at a time where the Internet is changing the world in significant ways, and the biggest ch

A good designer is a good designer. If someone holds back the company later, that's not good design. Design is way way more than logo and paint. Interaction design is just plain being able to make stuff that works well for people -- that's

There are other ways to prevent automation (JS) -- captcha is like one of the most damaging ways of fighting it, and it will always lower your conversion rate significantly. When you're starting out, lower conversion is a death sentence. My
