Seems kind of like an ableist “perk” to me. I understand that it’s one of those things that’s not intended to be, but the net result is still the same.

Providing gym memberships is kind of problematic, if not outright insensitive. Body positivity is a thing and self-love can be expressed in more ways than just this one.

I already know not going to find any sympathy on this site but the truth is that something that shocks me again and again is how everyone preaches battery storage without thinking about how dirty and polluting the process is to mine the mat

Very easy to write this if you’ve already made it. Plenty of people haven’t, however. And while Facebook might not be the nicest place doing the best stuff for the world, we should not be disparaging developers for trying to better their si

This is some wholesome caustic indignation I can get behind. Surely today’s social media networks would have classified this content as hate speech and inciting violence.

I really appreciate seeing someone creating their own interface instead of re-skinning the popular shells. If the devs out there working on this see this thread, great work!

It’s not that iOS is safe from this, it’s that in all practicality, Google is not really that different as what my friends popularly suggest. Android is not a free, open OS. Well, it is to a point, but realistically that point is not much f
