Also I would argue that you can rather simply write a parser for the basic markdown syntax and convert it to e.g. HTML or plain text if necessary by getting rid of markdown specific syntax.

For me the question would be what to print: do I print "Rawr" for e.g. 105 or do I print "FizzBuzz" now? What do we prioritize? Am I missing something?

I have a serious question: what kind of job is that? Like what is the job description? I‘m currently working in academia in geoinformatics (mostly with image data, json files and data frames in general as well as the occasional Spatialite o

This looks pretty cool actually. How do you go from having a map of a game to the entire 3D model? Are they publicly available?

Seems like that, yeah. The thing that I’d need, which is what bugs me with teuxdeux as well, is an option to add some notes or more elaborate text on the entries. Sometimes it’s just not enough to have a few words to describe what I want to

What does Chrome do with ctrl+f and why? It’s been widely accepted that it’s used for search so why would you steer away from that?

I also use Mail.app privately but Thunderbird on any Windows or Linux machine I work with. Outlook might look nice, however, I can’t bring myself to spend time to figure out the calendar in Outlook. When Thunderbird was not available, I’ve

This is valid for the rest of Germany as well. There was a challenge to open a beer with a single piece of paper as well.

Also you can hit the twisties with the motorcycle :) I think both are very different as well for the reasons you have mentioned. I think it depends a lot on where you want to go in what amount of time. On a weekend on the motorcycle you can

Explaining something usually requires a deeper or more complete understanding compared to just doing something. Definitely true in my experience.

I haven’t downloaded anything from YouTube for what feels like forever so I want to ask: isn’t the sound quality mediocre at best? Outside of that I believe that the convenience is the main driver of using streaming services. If you have a

That makes me wonder how I never heard of the integration before. This is going to take away so much pain from my workflow when working on Servers. I’ll take a look at it. Thanks for the explanation!

Can you please elaborate on working remote with ssh? How exactly does it work and what do you do? Are you sshing into a server and work there with your VSCode GUI? I only have connected it to WSL2 yet (by simply calling code from the termin

I‘m teaching college students programming and remote sensing with python mainly. It’s giving them the tooling for the rest of their career in my eyes. I try to make methods clear instead of telling them what to copy and paste so they know w

Not the guy who you have asked but teaching, in my opinion, has meaning. You are teaching people how to get things done in one way or another. Or you teach a method, convey a message, something along those lines. Outside of that if working

I think the comparison is not accurate. According to you, the person you are answering to would only have to listen to the song somewhere. In reality, the movie you are mentioning isn’t being shown to him in the cinema (when watching someth
