Indeed they do. I recently looked into a similar scam, although the starting point was a hacked email account that sent out links to everyone in the address book to a hacked wordpress install. It was interesting following the rabbit hole. H

One of the important points here is that each price level (aside from the last one) has an allotment of 1250 units. So, while most people won't buy at $625 vs $675, so long as $625 is available, it provides incentive for people to buy

Just a minor styling note - the black background on hover behind the twitter button is not attractive - at least to me. And, from a consistency standpoint, is not the same height as the rest of the menu options. If you keep it, at least mak

To be fair, Crockford gives his reasons [1] and the replacement is literally += 1 instead of ++. Given the very low cost of the change, and that it is an optional rule in jslint, I have no problem with it. [1] See here for more discussion a

There is a lot of truth to this. If internal combustion engines were being rolled out today, people would be discussing those downsides. But, ICEs have been with us for quite some time, so we've accepted the downsides and mitigated whe

One could argue that there is an incentive. If you drive a little slower and leave a large gap in front, you get to avoid always being on watch for the guy in front of you slamming on their brakes. This can be a whole lot less stressful, wh

Aside from the top end A8s with upgraded engines, they get 18MPG city and 28MPG highway. Simply saying that the A8 gets 15-18MPG is deceptive. So, if we are talking range, an A8 will get upwards of 560 miles on a tank.

I welcome this. The current way of setting an element to position: fixed with javascript after scrolling to a certain point is ugly and prone to issues. This is more elegant and also opens up some even more interesting use cases.
