Did you even read the blog? The increase wasn't arbitrary. And neither is the initial 140 limit... Originally, our constraint was 160 (limit of a text) minus username. But we noticed @biz got 1 more than @jack. For fairness, we chose

Most angel investors and VCs will also insist that your company be a Delaware C-Corporation for legal reasons I keep hearing this, but what are these reasons?

Definitely not $2B "Profit" since they would have to subtract all other overhead costs like salaries etc. I think the article mentions that actual profit might be negative.

This tripped me up too, but I would guess the author meant to say $10.84B gross revenue and $2B net revenue. http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/102714/what-are-diff...

So you only used this title to piggy-back off the announcement of the actual Amazon Echo? And you don't even mention it in the blog post. Nice. Edit: It appears the title has been changed. Sorry for the asshole tone above, but I don&#x

You mean doesn't track views but only tracks clicks/conversions? The only problem I would see with that is that if a user already converted by clicking the ad, he would continue to see the same ad when he is on your site again. Yo

I know HuffPo A/B tests their titles to see which one gets better metrics and changes/sensationalizes their titles that way. I do realize we don't see many articles from HuffPo on here, just putting this info out there. http

You're pretty much right. This has no production value. This is great "look at this thing that we can do" video but the reason no one else attempts it is because there is no next step. They didn't just stop at 744 meters
