It's easier. For the majority of people, all you need to do is eat less. If you argument is that obese people do not have the ability to eat less, that is a much different discussion (with some implications I don't think many are

Couldn't you say the same for people who choose to be obese? Not only are they consuming more resources, but they're weakening their immune systems, thus furthering the likelihood they'll spread covid and other diseases. I&#x

Isn't a mix of fat models and services best? Say for a user model you have first name, middle, and last name. You add a property "full_name" that joins those 3. Putting that logic in a service feels confusing and unintuitive.

That logic has to go somewhere right? I'm not sure what the issue is. There's the "heuristic" of expecting a property to not be expensive to access (which django already kind of throws out the window depending on how you

The middle class family that halted saving for a home to pay for rent is not harmed here? I would be furious. There’s certainly harm in policies that reduce trust in the system. Something like a 0% interest loan from the government seems mo

I think the fundamental issue is that you trust these institutions but many others don’t. Your statements make sense if that trust is present. I was trying to show how the actions you’re confused by are rational given a lack of trust. Wheth
