Your post is assuming a lot of this science is "settled". I don't think science is settled - especially in this field. Acknowledging that your own statements may be incorrect might help you down the path to figuring out a fix

How many people were convinced of the "95+%" effectiveness of the vaccine only to learn that it fades? Why weren't they told it would fade up front?

Lack of evidence. Your post is using scary anecdotes to try and persuade. That does not come off as trustworthy.

How can they know that figure (80%) without knowing % of people with natural immunity? We can guess but there hasn't been much of an effort made to track this.

It's very concerning that the president is saying things like "your refusal has cost all of us" and "our patience is wearing this" when talking to people with natural immunity who have not received the vaccine. As p

It’s even crazier we’re not considering natural immunity. A lot of these healthcare workers already put themselves at risk and caught covid. And now they’re being forced out.

Giving more power to those abusing it is not going to create trust. Trust has been broken for all of human history. It’s just much easier for us to notice it now. I don’t know the solution, but more of what we’ve been doing isn’t it.

Why are European countries like Denmark and Sweden able to open up almost entirely, but we're doubling down? Especially Sweden, who hasn't really implemented much of anything accept advice and vaccine availability.

If this is a major concern testing daily is the only option. The covid vaccine's efficacy wanes over time.

COVID mutates too fast and the covid vaccines do no provide sterilizing immunity. The smallpox vaccine provides sterilizing immunity, which enables eradication. I agree the COVID vaccine is good at reducing severe cases and preventing death

A lot of vaccine hesitancy (in the US at least) is driven by refusal to acknowledge natural immunity. Ignoring it is another "noblie lie" to help drive up vaccine numbers. It's much easier to say "just get the vaccine&qu

How do you know the vaccine reduced severity? My household of 3 all had it and 2 weren’t aware of it. I had minor symptoms which is the only reason we found out. This was back in 2020 so we were all unvaccinated. The “b comes after a, so a
