   I hear you on this. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t fully within our control. To stay compliant with our bank partner’s requirements and network rules we were forced to make this change to existing Visa

   We rolled this product out to new users in early October, so it's possible you signed up after that change and have been issuing the new card type. Reach out to our team at support@privacy.com and we'll be happy to take a look at
