there should be no "WHY" someone had to sacrifice their career/life to expose systemic industry wide treatment of people that is unjust. There is only that this treatment exists and that the industry is not going to progress

Been in your situation for some years. My anxiety was a drain on my productivity and happiness. In the end, success mean't understanding it thoroughly. Limiting human interactions is great for the company's productivity and terrib
