I hope shes well! Exercise helps me too, quite a lot in fact. Most knowledgeable doctors know about brain fog. My neuro didnt know anything about it. Has she tested for anything that turned out peculiar?

I generally dont believe in alternative methods, but I have tried some dieting and over the counter stuff. It didnt help at all. Thanks for the input though!

I will check it out and do some research on it. I am giving antihistamines and nasal steroid sprays a final try, along with testosterone replacement therapy. Found out I am hypogonadic, and hormonal issues also cause turbinate hypertrophy.
