This is a pretty common format called cube. You can grab a list from somewhere like cube cobra. Buy the cards, or use an online draft tool or print a bunch of proxies and play. Its a fun way to play with cards that are just sitting in bulk

Absolutely, as much as everyone says eating right, exercising and sleeping well are the answer I totally neglected myself. Boosting cardio and dropping some weight has been an absolute lifechanger

A tool I currently use, intervals.icu has had to change its product to meet these terms. Its often used for sharing data with coaches or trainers. This change prevents that from happening.

Some kpop groups have released "NFC cd" albums that use nfc and an app to "play the album". They are essentially keychains. But in the kpop world buying albums is less about listening to the CD and more for the merch

Having started cycling recently I think people use sound to cross more than you expect. I've had people step into my path multiple times without looking purely because they can't hear me.

I'm a leftie fountain pen user. It definitely can be done, but might need some adjustments to how you hold a pen / what inks you use. I've using a lamy safari with waterman ink for about 10 years with no trouble.
