Depends a lot on how this scales though. If you need 10x as many parameters to get 1% better results for instance, then even if this works it could be impractical.

You can absolutely do this with Xiaomi phones. You can set up a second password in order to access what is virtually a completely different phone. You can even set a different fingerprint so that different fingers unlock different profiles.

For some time I've held the thought that the best operating system for someone not super computer savvy is Linux. Probably Linux Mint. In the sense that it will stay the same for years and won't break on its own or bother the user

I think there's a good chance this was a conscious choice by the buyer. There are quite a few people interested in "vintage" gaming nowadays. I personally would love the chance to play some Wii Sports Resort right now :)

I would love for C++ to have more concise lambda syntax. Having to write [](int x, int y) { return x*y } even for the simplest lambda is a pain. Rust's syntax looks ideal: |x, y| x*y. Haskell's is also sweet. For my own purposes I

I immersed myself in Competitive Programming this year and I'm very glad I did. I like it a lot for a couple of reasons: It is a very nice challenge/sport. The skill ceiling is high but there are many high quality resources online

Incentives really make or break this type of website. Often on the internet I find myself thinking "Thank God this [website specific metric] isn't worth anything so people have no reason to game it".

The first time I visited São Paulo I was pretty horrified at the some parts of the city. So many buildings that looked like they were falling apart. I'm all for the no advertising though, wish that was the norm everywhere.

Thanks for the answer but some things are still not entirely clear. Who would be doing the parsing of C code for instance? Clang is also based LLVM but it is responsible for a load of C-specific stuff like parsing the language and feeding i

I've been confused by the statement that "Zig can compile C Code" for quite some time and reading a couple of blog posts hasn't made it much clearer. Does the Zig Project include a full blown C Compiler? Is it the Zig Co

Yes, definitely. I like to think of it as: consider you've got infinite space, see where your lines intersect and then draw your pie around everything.

As long as no two lines are parallel and no three lines meet at a single point, you will get the maximum number of pieces. You just have to be careful not to have two lines with similar slope, or you'll require a very large pie!

Senna is one of the very few people as universally beloved as Pelé here. Since his activity was much more recent he's closer to the heart of a lot of people.

Few people in Brazil dare to suggest there has ever been an athlete greater than Pelé. I don't think we'll ever see anyone else win 3 World Cups.
