Gradients in Fireworks are so very simple. With opacity and all. With barely a click more than you need, and insanely obvious to even beginners. In Photoshop I have no idea where to start.

I don't really like this approach. Don't do web design in Illustrator, do it in HTML5 + CSS3. Sure, it might take a little longer at first, but the time saved over a longer time frame makes it worth it in so many different ways. Instead, gr

The perfect combination of vector and bitmap editing. I love Fireworks. My guess is that Adobe just couldn't figure out how to make it better. It was already pretty much all it needed to be by about Fireworks MX. And it remains, to this day

My high school, when I went there a decade ago, had an giant aerial photograph right at the reception. Crazy to think that it would be banned, but the map right next to that - which has an outline of every building and labels - wouldn't be.

Case in point, I'm Australian and just looking at Verizon's website and 50 GB is $375 on a small business plan. That's the wireless telco way of managing contention. Price any significant usage out of possibility.

The extenuating circumstance here is that the opposition, which is now trying to get elected, privatised the national telco starting in 1997. What that meant is we had a for profit company, Telstra, owning both the entire phone network and

Just as disturbing: "The attack used on the wiki was apparently the same as the one which hit Debian" [on 2012-07-25] The exploit was out there and had been used to hit debian.org in a big way, and had been fixed. But python.org didn't upda
