I would like for the API documentation to have more examples of shipping with flat rate boxes or different shipping options. Right now I find myself having to guess or look into the source code before printing certain labels.

I agree with you. I think $79 is a bit high for the book. I'd at least want to see a table of contents and a sample chapter before paying that much.

I use PDFPen instead to sign PDFs by dragging and dropping a signature into the .pdf and saving it. For sending contracts out I use RightSignature which saves a ton of time.
