So, I'm confused about this argument. What do people think airplane autopilot does? Do they think it takes off, lands, navigates, and avoids unexpected obstacles in its path? Like honestly, people do know actual autopilot doesn't

Of course he doesn't. Autopilot is already saving lives. It sucks when people die, but THEY DID IT TO THEMSELVES. How many others died in car crashes while OP was typing that question? 20? 50? 100? Where are the tears for them??

There is not even anecdotal evidence. I am 100% sure that the rate of deaths per 1000 autopilot-driven miles is at least an order of magnitude lower than the rate of deaths per 1000 human-driven miles. Tesla has that info and occasionally p

I'm sure some did, but I got sick of the slowness and lack of expressive ability with every ORM I tried and just went back to SQL strings.

I guess I need to watch some of the videos he links, because this sounds horrible to me. I mostly work in Python, which has a repl (though I'm sure not as complete) and sometimes I poke around in it. But if I am working on a real pro

Unsure, but if it's the layouts you hate, there are plenty of great standard full size layout keyboards with mechanical keys. Of course, mechanical keys may not be for everyone, but I love them. I'd say check out my current favori

There's definitely room for both types of keyboard. For me, I have tried ortholinear, but I just can't handle it. Or more specifically - I use too many keyboards during the day, and switching one of them to a linear layout and not

Maybe you're asexual? Or, even if that's not quite it, you could try dating asexual women. I imagine they find it quite hard to find quality partners that want to spend time with them, but don't expect sex at the end of the n

Well, the article did start by saying if you aren't having sex, that's bad for your health. So, it seems like we should be having sex, but of course, you can't just "decide to have sex", you need a willing partner.
