To add to that, charitybuzz is a for-profit corporation. Not that I am against that, but it is worth keeping in mind as there have been a number of scandals in the past, where money from charitable non-profits gets re-directed to 'non-profi

The lack of universal health care probably exacerbates the homelessness situation in the U.S. With that said, what you see in San Francisco is largely a product of the combination of homeless friendly policies and tolerable weather. Many o

I am not familiar with any of the 'science', but from what I understand you definitely want to do some sort of strength training. It helps with weight regulation, injury prevention, and overall health. The scientific 7-minute will probabl

Have you ever tried to feed kids brussel sprouts? That alone would require more effort than it was worth to cook them. I'm not poor, but I've definitely gone through a rough period or two in my past. During those periods I managed to eat

So you are saying that a lot of the short interest is coming from people hedging their long bets? I can somewhat relate to why one would take this strategy, as Tesla is getting a lot of hype, implying that the stock might break out (or alre

What?!!! Just so I get this straight. In order to short the stock you have to pay an annual interest rate of 46% of the stock value? I realize most shorts are probably only in it for short term, but that is still pretty insane.

It's a bit of a stretch as most people probably don't consider stopping at a gas station as a major inconvenience. In Tesla's defense, they do not automatically include those cost options in the calculation (you have to check the box to in
