Anecdotally , this seems similar to what I observe in the job market (most employers fighting for the top 20% of candidates). Average is out in all aspects of life. Maybe this is why so many people are unhappy .

Why not use macros to map the result back? I understand that that is not consistent with jdbc and may be crossing into ORM territory, but it does seem like a clean way to handle it in rust.
