In my area (Texas), condos in desirable areas cost more than McMansions, so I don't see things changing here anytime soon.

This would be beautiful to see. Considering the scope of the population affected, there would be little to no recourse if everybody collectively decided to stop paying at the same time. If you trash every millennials credit score, the score

At least in the US, the carrier initiating the call still pays the receiving carrier. This is less then 1¢/minute in most cases, but still represents real money when multipled by millions of calls a day. Users just pay for 'Unlimi

Just a guess, but I would expect carriers to be strongly against any feature that made it easy to block most calls.

Since T-Mobile holds the primary numbers for Google Fi accounts, going from T-Mobile to Fi legally isn't a port, just a change in T-Mobiles billing system.

Regardless of the usefulness to you, it would show Apple's commitment to making the iPad a serious tool instead of just a consumption device. It would also be a huge win for schools with large iPad deployments.

This should serve as another strong example why mobile operating systems should be completely decoupled from carriers.

What’s wrong with an iPhone 7 or 8? Unfortunately even last years models do not support LTE band 71, so they are a poor choice for T-Mobile US customers. No dual SIM support is another reason for many.

My speculation and low interest rate points still apply. Maybe Cleveland was undervalued before? Maybe the population declines are mostly non-homeowners? So before naming something specific they are doing wrong, what should a house cost?

the actual amount renters paid dropped 1.4 percent in the past quarter, or $24 a month. They have come down, but I wouldn't call 1-2% 'significantly' [1]. [1] https://www.seattletimes.com/business/real-

Speculation and low interest rates are nationwide issues. Locally, price increases are almost always caused the population growing faster than new homes are built.

As always with real estate, the effects of this will be highly localized. I would expect a much bigger price drop in Florida than San Francisco.

I completely agree. For the past few years it felt like Apple had been content with raising prices until they noticed a slowdown in sales/revenue. Hopefully this recent correction will reserve this trend and help them expand in emergin

Microsoft tried to make touch a priority with Windows 8 and it was a complete failure. The Surface is great, as a laptop, but not very useful without a keyboard.

by comparing the accelerometer and gyroscope readings of each phone, the data could identify when people were facing each other or walking together. More evidence we need far more privacy controls in mobile operating systems.

It took a long time for the bugs to get worked out, but I have not had any sleep/wake issues on my Surface Pro 4 in awhile now. At least since the 1809 update.
