That's what we've noticed in our user trials of our system. There's nothing a user can do to make it work.

Hmm. I'm thinking about a feature which could re-use a customer service rep's email reply as solutions in a DB. Of-course the sensitive info could be blacked out or the rep could willfully not add it to the solutions DB.

What do you think about reusing ticket info? Like a feature where a rep can optionally add a BCC email ID while replying to a client that saves the response to the search database. Can help increase content without disturbing the workflow?

Thanks a lot! We currently use this for e-commerce. Do you think using this as an advice bot for blogs is a good idea? Like a beauty blog could use it to offer beauty tips, suggestions to problem. Turn a blog into a person essentially.

Thanks for your perspective. Btw there is a 'Customer Service' button. This was put specifically for the case where a question is not answered. Does it not look like the logical next step for unanswered questions?

Do you have any recommendations for how to make it seem inanimate like Google Search? Where people ask a question without expectation of a real person answering it.
